Architected a multi-tenant platform serving 17 tenant brands from a shared codebase, including launching new tenants end-to-end with custom routes, theming, build configs, and domain wiring.

Led a 9-month rewrite of the fulfillment system, replacing the legacy flow with a new modal-driven UX, multi-vendor support, race-condition-free cancellations, and automated order notifications.
Built a browser-based video quote recorder with ML-powered virtual backgrounds, web worker offloading, and CDN-backed uploads integrated with the event-sourced quote system.
